Get yourself down to the essentials and remember to declutter at the end of each workday so you don’t fall back into bad habits. Try injecting plants into your office; studies show humans feel more relaxed and less stressed when they’re around mother nature. Take Time Out
Remember to move around throughout the day. Set a reminder at the end of each hour to get up and stretch, or walk to get a glass of water. This one may not work for everyone, but we find having a bit of background music helps to keep us on track. There are countless playlists available for streaming on YouTube or Spotify so it doesn’t have to cost a thing.
