Advertising and marketing drew Georgia in from the start, and they formed the core of her study at QUT. Straight out of school Georgia headed for the digital media sales field, where she worked for both a television network and lifestyle publication.
Selling media space wasn’t quite enough for Georgia's curiosity, and she pursued her changing interests into the world of digital marketing. Since making the switch from sales to execution, Georgia has set her sights on becoming an SEO specialist with Gordon Digital, and she’s one of our brightest stars.
Expanding into the world of SEO has been a fulfilling journey that keeps Georgia on her toes. Having the opportunity to learn so many new skills has been amazing for Georgia’s career, and it gives her a chance to contribute meaningfully to clients’ businesses, which is something she adores.
As one of our SEO Account Managers, Georgia is a central part of our Experience Marketing team. She oversees a diverse portfolio of clients in trade and construction, professional services, ecommerce and more.
Georgia is a relative newcomer to SEO, but she’s taken to the industry like a fish to water. On most days you can find her handling the nitty-gritty of client SEO campaigns. If she’s at her desk, Georgia is probably sifting through data, developing strategies, optimising websites and capturing reports on all our SEO activities.
If she’s not keeping up with the latest SEO news, Georgia is probably out playing social sports like netball (hit us up if you need an extra player). Off the court she likes to hike in the mountains or swim at the beach, but these days you can also find her hovering over a pottery wheel. Building her ceramics skills is a great outlet for Georgia because it allows her to unwind while flexing those creative muscles.
