Increased competition in the organic and paid search space was becoming a challenge for Dawson Electric. With the goal of growing their business throughout 2023, they decided it was time to double down on their marketing efforts.

Gordon Digital has been running Dawson’s SEO since 2018. This means their website has lots of authority and high quality content. Our revamped strategy built on our past success, but increased our focus on link building, creating location-specific service pages, and improving the website’s User Experience. A major part of this process was building new contact forms that made it simpler for users to convert. The new forms capture more detailed information that also helps Dawson Electric turn enquiries into paying jobs.

The story was similar on the Google Ads front. Our revised campaigns were strengthened with extra budget that allowed us to target all of Dawson’s core services. We also designed ad campaigns to target their new service – EV charger installation. Our EV charging ads were able to generate lots of high-quality leads at a relatively low cost, helping Dawson establish themselves in a new market.
