The Client

McCarthy Homes is a South East Queensland-based builder creating luxury homes tailored to each client’s lifestyle. They wanted to boost visibility in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, and the Gold Coast, but only wanted serious buyers ready to build.

The Strategy

The first step was a major overhaul of their Google and Meta ads strategy. No builder wants to waste money targeting leads that don’t have the budget or are located outside of their build location. We built a laser-focused strategy that targeted custom build enquiries of $1 million and over.

To make sure we weren’t just adding filler, we designed a questionnaire to filter out low-quality leads through Meta.

We supported that location-based targeting with local SEO optimisation, building in authority in key areas that would be more likely to convert. Our strategic content positioned McCarthy Homes as a trustworthy builder that could handle challenging blocks and unique designs.
