Modinex designs and crafts world-class architectural supplies to create beautiful spaces with sustainable materials. They use natural timber, aluminium, and concrete to design innovative solutions.
The Strategy
Our strategy started by looking at what Modinex customers were searching for and how easy it was for them to find exactly what they were looking for. Based on that information, we focused on making sure every major product category was visible and well-positioned in the market. We launched new campaigns to make sure buyers could easily find the right solution for their needs. Each product was supported with tailored ad groups, responsive search ads, and creatives designed to speak directly to the right audience.
At the same time, we worked on refining performance both in the paid and organic spaces. Negative keyword lists helped cut wasted spend and improve traffic quality, while stronger brand campaigns helped us capture high-intent searches. For newer and emerging product lines, we scaled discovery campaigns to build visibility. Finally, by continually refining bidding strategies and creative assets, we prioritised high-value leads while keeping the cost per lead trending down.

The results spoke for themselves. Impressions rose by 45% to over 630,000, and clicks jumped 77% to more than 60,000.
But the best part? Leads more than doubled with a 104% increase.
At the same time, they were spending 8% less per lead.
